Description

Notes Plus, one of the newest entries into the advanced ‘notepad’ genre of apps continuously popping up on the Apple App Store for the iPad, we aught to focus on the sheer depth and accessibility of it’s developer’s customer care initiative above all else. While it’s true that the handwriting features and multi lateral array of tools are currently second to none, this scale of usability only pushes Notes Plus to the top of the pack, it is not the single feature that fully distinguishes it from all other note taking apps currently on the market. The single features that achieves this separation from Notes Plus’ competition is the lengths that it’s creator – an independent developer unassociated with any mainstream studio – goes to in order to ensure that everyone who purchases his app remains completely satisfied. Customers are given one-on-one access the voice their thoughts and concerns about Notes Plus’ performance, and thus far virtually every user who has attempted to contact this apps developer has received personal attention to assure that their needs are being met. This level of service is not unheard of, though it is usually relegated to buyers of luxury watches and sports sedans for hefty price tags, rather than customers perusing the iTunes app store for economic yet practical productivity applications for their iPads. Don’t call it a revolution, but if this is any indicator, not only will Notes plus rightly cement a loyal following of happy and task-ful users, but it might just make the rest of the market look bad in the process.
